Cold Rolling Products
Segment plates are supported by a closed inclined-wedge mechanism. Guide grooves in four shaft directions ensure controlled expansion, while high-precision mating surfaces provide reliable operation. Main components include the main shaft, tie rod, segment plates, axial and radial wedges, extension shaft and rotary hydraulic cylinder. Widely used on hot- and cold-rolling, leveling, pickling, galvanizing, slitting and aluminum-foil lines.

Suitable for leveling, cut-to-length, cold rolling, pickling, continuous annealing, galvanizing, tension leveling, slitting, reversing and inspection lines.
The tie rod drives the central inclined wedge axially, causing the segment plates to expand and contract. Mechanical or hydraulic clamping can be supplied. Used on single-stand, pickling, leveling, cut-to-length, galvanizing and recoiling lines.
A simple design with few components, a forged-alloy main shaft and a large cross-section for high strength. It withstands strip tension up to 50 tonnes and can be used for both coiling and uncoiling. Common applications include reversing and Sendzimir mills, continuous cold rolling, pickling, leveling, carrousel and aluminum hot-rolling lines.
