Continuous-Casting Machine Rollers

Exima PRO supplies rollers for vertical, curved, radial and horizontal sections of billet and slab continuous-casting machines. Slab-machine rollers are commonly assembled from two or three sections with intermediate supports. Cylindrical or crowned profiles are selected according to installation position. Rollers can be solid or internally cooled and are manufactured from forgings or rolled steel.

Products can be supplied either as a complete installation set when the entire line is being replaced, or as individual heat-resistant components when only selected parts require repair.
