Working with us ensures optimal production lead times and consistently high product quality. Exima PRO ceramic sand is made from premium bauxite containing 65–85% Al₂O₃. Calcined bauxite is melted in an electric-arc furnace and atomized with compressed air. Surface tension forms smooth spherical or spheroidal grains, which are then cooled, screened and classified into Sand PRO grades of different sizes.

Golden Sand PRO is a newly developed synthetic sand for 3D-printed molds and cores. Its golden appearance and excellent spherical shape reduce resin consumption, provide high strength, cure quickly and produce excellent mold, core and shell surfaces.
- A ceramic-sand-based insulation product designed for continuous use at temperatures up to 1,430°C. It combines low thermal conductivity and heat storage with excellent thermal resistance, low weight and corrosion resistance. Applications include furnace repair, insulated foundry feeders, mold wrapping, kiln insulation and reactor thermal protection.
